I first met Dr. Patricia Clary through the International Leadership Association’s women and leadership
conference in 2020. I have noted the kind, insightful, and thoughtful ways that Pat advances both
leadership and events. She is open with her many brilliant ideas and continually suggests resources. In
addition, she is never afraid to offer praise and kindness to teammates and leaders. At the same time,
her thoughtful questions emerge in ways that propel the group forward, and her contributions occur on
multiple levels. As noted on her website, she is a convenor and connector, and the skills she
demonstrates in this continue to impress me. I highly recommend her to any seeking organizational
growth and development.
